Tara brings over 20 years of physiotherapy experience across India and Australia. As the Director and Principal Physiotherapist at Inspire Physio Care, she specialises in musculoskeletal therapy, sports and spinal care, rehabilitation, Clinical Pilates, shoulder injuries and headache.
She also has extensive experience in women’s health and men’s pre- and post-prostatectomy rehabilitation.
Tara is passionate about educating and empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery. She speaks English, Hindi, Telugu and Tamil.
