Rabia Ijaz is the Practice Manager at Aitken Grove Medical & Aesthetic Centre. With a professional background in engineering, project management and research, she brings extensive experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, improving clinical and administrative systems, and supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Rabia is committed to fostering a welcoming, efficient and inclusive practice environment for patients, families and staff. Her professional interests include healthcare quality improvement, data-informed decision-making, evidence-based practice and organizational leadership.

Passionate about collaboration and community engagement, Rabia values building strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals and local stakeholders. As the parent of a child with additional needs, she is also a strong advocate for inclusive and equitable healthcare services that respect the diverse needs of every individual.

Outside of work, Rabia enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, travelling, exploring new places and researching.
